What should I do when my browser seems to be broken?
If your current browser behaves quirky there is a good chance that a system component is broken or you may have spyware. The first thing you should do when this happens is run what is called a spyware remover. This removes nasty software that breaks your computer. You can download and install & run the free Spybot Search & Destroy. Often Internet Explorer can just break. The result is that the browser will stop playing media files, will only display broken images or cause other headaches. If you suspect this is the case on your system we suggest you try installing Mozilla Firefox. Or you can use good and simple browser Opera. Firefox is a freeware browser that serves as a replacement for Internet Explorer. It is free of any spyware or any other malicious code and does not need to be purchased - it comes free of charge. Please select the appropiate version for your operating system and install it. For Mac users having trouble with the Safari browser Firefox is an alternative to look at besides the Mac version of Internet Explorer.
